Reinforced concrete load-bearing rail plate type PORR with flexible baseless rail fastening system Vossloh 300 -1 is designed for installation in the tracks of the fixed track of the ÖBB-PORR system on railways owned by the Czech Republic, which has the right to manage Správa železnic, státní organizace.

Construction description:
The main structural element of the system is a resiliently mounted supporting rail plate. The ÖBB-PORR load-bearing rail system is based on 5.16 m long, non-prestressed reinforced concrete slabs (prefabricated). The boards contain 8 pairs of integrated rail supports of the Vossloh 300-1 type at an axial distance of 65 cm.
The lower surface of the panel (board) and the walls of the conical holes of trapezoidal cross-section used for pouring concrete are covered with a separating elastic layer to ensure the autonomy of the panel. This layer causes a reduction in the intensity of vibrations transmitted to the underlying layers (damping of vibrations propagating through the solid material).

Use:
The supporting rail plate is intended for concreting into the ÖBB-PORR fixed track system for all speed bands according to ČSN 73 6360-2: 2007.
